THE PRINCE OF PEACE
“THE PEOPLE THAT walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined . . .
FOR UNTO US a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
OF THE INCREASE of His government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”

AND HE SHALL REIGN FOREVER & EVER!
What a wonderful assurance! What a blessing to remember this during our Christmas season! God is still in control & ever will be. His Son Jesus was and is the greatest GIFT ever given to mankind. The gift that came as a baby in a stable, lying in an animal’s feeding trough, among the dust, dirt and prickly straw of the stable. But that baby held untold value and unknown glory – though perhaps few knew it then. That baby was the Son of God, come to earth to live and die for US so that we could be free from sin and have the gift of everlasting LIFE! What an amazing gift! What a powerful life lived!
Neither is it merely a nice story – it is true and it is manifested in the lives of boys and girls, men and women across the world who have given their lives to Him and accepted His gift of love.
